Privacy policy
What Antiponic collects, why, who processes it, and your choices.
Last updated October 20, 2026
Draft — pending legal review. The legal entity, registered address and governing law will be added before paid plans launch.
What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a salted hash of your password. We never store your password itself.
- Session data: the IP address and browser user agent recorded with each signed-in session, so you can review and end sessions.
- Conversations: the messages you send to Antiponic Chat and the responses, stored so you can return to them.
- Usage records: counts of requests, the model profile used and, when the provider reports them, token counts. These enforce plan limits.
- Billing data: if you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment. We store your Stripe customer ID, subscription status and invoice summaries. We never receive or store card numbers.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
Who processes your data
- AI model providers. To generate a response, the text of your conversation is sent to the provider behind the selected profile. Depending on configuration this is NVIDIA (API Catalog) or OpenRouter, which may route to the model's own host. Those providers process prompts under their own terms.
- Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.
- An email provider delivers account emails such as password resets, once one is configured.
Antiponic runs on its own server; we don't sell personal data and don't use advertising or analytics cookies.
Cookies
We set one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly and can't be read by scripts.
Retention and deletion
Conversations stay until you delete them. You can delete your account from your dashboard; that removes your profile, sessions and conversations. Billing records that the law requires us to keep are retained by Stripe and in our invoice summaries.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Use your dashboard or the contact page.
