Refund and cancellation policy

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan from Billing in your dashboard. Cancelling stops renewal; paid features stay available until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Changing plans

Upgrades and downgrades show the prorated amount before you confirm. The amount shown is what Stripe charges or credits.

Refunds

Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we honour it. Other refund requests are reviewed case by case — use the contact page with the topic "Plans and billing".

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, you'll keep access for a short grace period while you update your payment method. After that, the account returns to the Free plan.
